Young People Service
Trident Reach's Young People Services supports young people aged 16 to 25 years old within Birmingham. We have developed specialist services for young people at risk of homelessness, young offenders, young people exiting gangs and those who wish to achieve education, training and employment.
Our experienced staff focus on encouraging young people to openly expand on their ideas and visions. They help them to access training and create work opportunities to build their confidence and prepare them for moving on to be successful and independent.
The following services are available across Birmingham with Trident Reach:
This service offers young people at risk of homelessness, support with issues such as housing, finance budgeting, managing physical and/or mental wellbeing, and much more.

This service provides 24-hour supported accommodation for young offenders to help them settle back into the community after serving their sentence. The support works to transform the lives of vulnerable people, reduce re-offending and help them back in to employment, education or training.

Young People Exiting Gangs (YPEG)
This is a wraparound service that helps to prevent young people from becoming involved in gangs and provides a range of interventions for those already involved in gangs in supporting them to exit.
The YPEG service aims reduce re-offending, support individuals to access safe, stable housing and encourage young people back into employment, education or training.

Step Down Service
This service supports young people with a range of low to high complex needs. The aim is to provide key life skills which enable the service user to move onto independent living.
